The Editorial Board also thanks all the reviewers for painstakingly assessing the manuscripts submitted and for contributing to the quality of the articles published in this issue. To make the editorial process seamless, it would be appreciated if authors follow the guidelines strictly as presented on the website (www.njhaem.org). Ethical issues should be concluded before manuscripts are submitted for review and all authors should sign the Author's Contribution Form, which can also be found online.
It is reassuring to note that our website is user friendly and it has already had audience from other places such as USA, UK, Germany, Canada, Brazil, Morocco, Thailand, Australia, France, Israel, India, UAE, Kuwait, China, Switzerland and Guinea, to name a few, since August 2017.
